Jana Rose is a singer and musician raised in Georgia and born in China.
Jana plays a range of performance styles from intimate solo acoustic sets to full-band dance music and is known for her versatile repertoire of genres (blues, jazz, folk, r&b, pop, and funk), decades (1920s–now), and languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Turkish, German). Her top instruments are fingerstyle acoustic guitar, electric guitar, keys/piano, and voice, and her style is most influenced by Carole King, Linda Ronstadt, Bonnie Raitt, Brandi Carlile, Ella Fitzgerald, and Etta James.
